FOSTER
We ALWAYS need foster homes and there are ten good reasons to foster a GSP. Fostering involves taking a GSP in need into your home and caring for the dog for a period of time. We don’t have a kenneling facility at this time to house our rescued GSPs. And if we did, we would still need foster homes; unfortunately, there is an endless supply of displaced GSPs in Colorado and surrounding states. So we rely solely on caring people to foster our dogs until a permanent home can be found for them. We provide everything you’ll need including food, leash and collar, dog bowls, a crate and ID tag. For those who may want some additional assistance we are happy to help with some basic training. We also reimburse for vet care should your dog need vaccinations or have an accident while in your care. Not only is fostering rewarding to the GSP you take in…it’s rewarding for you! And perhaps your current dog(s) would like a playmate! Click here for more information about fostering or contact us if you want to foster a GSP.
