We have a rather urgent situation to rehome two GSPs. The owner
recently died and left behind 3 dogs (littermates), 6-years-old. His son, who lived with his father, is able to keep only one of the dogs and is pretty desperate to rehome the other two. He is not able to stay in the house due to financial constraints and is having a very difficult time finding any kind of housing for him and one dog, much less three dogs.
We need to find a foster home or, much better, a family/person who could adopt two of the dogs, a male, Roy and a female, Lily. Roy is “the sweetest dog you will ever, ever meet” and Lily is trying to adjust to losing her owner. Apparently, the two of them were very bonded. We so want to help these two pups who have suffered a real loss so it is important to try to keep them together. The bonus is that they have lived with cats! We are waiting for much better pictures of Roy and Lily.
