Sadie – ADOPTED!

Hi! My name is Sadie and I am a 6-year-old GSP. I am a very sweet and playful little girl and I love to be around people. I am completely house trained and have not had a single accident with my foster parents. I know basic commands sit, stay, come and I will even shake your hand! My foster parents have 3 other dogs and I absolutely love to play with them. I think personal one on one time with my foster parents is the best but my new forever home really should have other dogs for me to play with. My foster parents also have a big Maine Coon cat that roams the house and she doesn’t bother me at all. I do really well with kids and I like to play and run with them. At night I sleep on my pet bed in my foster parents room, but I really like when they let me on the bed and I can curl up with them (sometimes under the covers). Right now I roam the house with the other dogs when my foster parents are at work (5-6 hours) and I do really well. I don’t need a crate and would prefer not to have to be in one. I’m not the best on a leash but my foster parents are working with me and I’m getting a lot better. My foster parents have a 5ft fence around their back yard and I have done really well not challenging it and respecting the boundaries. They have even let me out of yard to run throughout their property. I’m a really good girl and I always come right back when they call my name, even when I spot a rabbit (yeah… I’m that good!). I’m looking for a home where I have lots of outside time to run and play with another dog or two and someone to treat me with love and affection as a true member of their family.
